• A Full Payment will be charged as confirmation
• Reservations will be confirmed upon room availability
• Rates are valid for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders only
• Check in – 1400hrs / check out – 1200hrs
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer
• Offer applicable on Half Board and Full Board meal plans only
• Individual property blackout dates will apply
• The offer is only applicable for bookings made through the Theme Resorts & Spas website
• This offer is non-refundable , non-amendable and non-transferable
• In the event you do not utilize your reservation (no-show) there will be no refund granted
