• Stay dates are vaild until 31st December 2019. (Individual Property Blackout dates apply). 
• The above offer is valid only for Deluxe rooms on Double Triple HB & FB basis ONLY (SGL/QUD and BB basis is NOT valid)
• All bookings to be made via the website ONLY with a PROMO CODE: AL60
• NO DIRECT RESERVATIONS will be accepted for this offer.
• Cancellations/refunds/transfers/amendments will NOT be allowed.

• Rooms will be given on a first come first serve basis and subject to availability.

• Children from 6 to 12 years will be charged LKR 4500 as the child supplement on FB basis and 4000 on HB basis and above 12 years will be considered as adults.
